After showing up 2 ½ hours late the guy showed up without the stuff i ordered. Gave me other stuff which just ended up being disgusting. He was slow at answering seemed like a 1 man operation. Overall terrible service and will never order from them again

To the manager I saw your response and what happened today was that I place my order and time went on after I made my payment so when I finally asked about my ETA and if payment was ok which I noticed that went through and was accepted the person on the phone was rude to me insulting me and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted my money back as there are other cannabis places to go to, so I said yeah sure. To me that is poor customer service and who doesn't want to make money especially now, instead this person sent back my money and couldn't even apologize.

They are by far the absolute best company and the only company I choose to order from. They are fast and efficient. They go out of their way to get your products delivered ASAP. They go above and beyond even when they don’t have to. They’re kind and very well versed on their products. I would recommend ordering here before choosing anywhere else! 5 stars A+++++
